#1 Adab Towards Parents

Roleplay: Poster

Adab or manners towards parents means that we as their child need to be courteous to our parents in every words, actions and demeanour. It is an obligatory for us to obey and respect them and it also a sinful for us if we disobey our parents. Ways to do the adab towards our parents are super simple. We must speak properly and nicely to them. Not only be courteous when meeting with them, we must use good language while talking to our parents. Not to forget, always pray for the well-being of our parents.

Did you know that your family relationship will grow stronger if you follow the adab towards parents. Aside from get the blessing of living in the world, we also get respected by the society. Most importantly, we also get the reward of heaven in the hereafter. Thus, we must respect and honour our parents.

Roles and Contribution:

• Setup the poster size and the layout of poster.

• Arrange the all the information given by the teammates according to the theme and layout.

• Adding the related illustrations to the poster.

Lesson learned from the roleplay assessment:

• Able to be confident to speak what I want.

• Able to appreciate how important for our to respect our parents more.

• Enhance editing skill using the Canva.

Lesson learned from the USRAH 1:

I was expecting that I can gain new knowledge from this class. Alhamdulillah, I gain lots of new knowledge especially during in the end of the session where the facilitator shares selawat that I have never heard before.

This class really helps me to find back my true path. Although I am taking baby-step to be a better Muslim, but I believe now I am even stronger than the past.

Thing(s) that can be improve in the future:

Although I may not that master in multimedia or designing, I believe that assigning 5 to 6 students per group to make a poster is too much. Designing poster is too simple for 5 to 6 students in a group. I did not feels any challenge or need to brain storm when I need to accomplish the assignment.

I would like to suggest that instead of making poster, why don't we just make Instagram posting. The students may work in a group, they need to make Instagram posting every after lesson learned. Not only we can spread knowledge to the students, but also can share knowledge publicly.
